FIRE RATED STEEL & GLASS SYSTEMS

In the event of fire and smoke, the Fire Rated System shall help occupants in quick evacuation from the building by providing 60, 90 & 120 minutes of fire rating. Damaging human life and properties can be avoided if proper fire-rated system are installed in escape corridors, life, lobbies, and basement car parking areas respectively.

Nabina Aluminum and Glass Factory provides a high-quality fire-rated glazing system for fixed doors, windows, and partitions in various areas of the buildings.

Our system are third party tested, certified by International Certification Labs, and approved by the Qatar Civil Defense (QCDD) for integrity (E), Integrity and Radiation Control (EW), and Integrity & Installation (IE) requirements.

UV PRINTING

Printing high quality images on different surfaces is not hard anymore, UV-printing is a printing mechanism on unconventional materials for interior decoration, arts and advertising.

Nabina Aluminum & Glass Factory owns a UV-Printer for professional production for large volume products. The printing Width 2500mm x height mm and the length will be as per our customers requirements. Printing is available on various materials such as Mirrors, Woods, Roll Materials, Fiberboard, MDF, Metal, Concrete, Composite Panels, Banners, Canvas, Plastic Films, Papers and many more.

We offer high level service with fast printing, bright saturated colors, high level of resistance to sun rays and environmental friendliness.

Embossed Design

Creating a touchiness masterpiece or imitation of different king of texture.

Flat Design

Impresses the client by the high resolution direct printing on top of any flat white or transparent surface.

Stained Glass

High technological method with wide range of colors and design ideas to make a stained glass.

One Face Flat Design & White Coated

This method allows printing on any colour surface, it can be used for printing on glass to make it non transparent and one side view only.

Two Face Flat Design & White Coated

Both side view printing, where same design or thro different designs can be printed on both side.

One Face Flat Design & White & Grey

One side view printing on transparent surface to hide what is behind the surface or the mounting materials.
